After posting a valid open role on Wavely, you can view the Find Talent page; this is where all available talent for your positions will be displayed. Below is how you manage the filters and search to help you narrow down the talent pool so you find the right fit.
Section 1 Filter by jobs.
Begin by selecting the correct role, as seen in section one; this drop-down will allow you to filter what role to source talent for. This is the first line filter for sourcing for the specific open position. If you have multiple roles open and are a Pro member, all available open and closed positions will be shown in the drop-down menu.
Section 2 Search and advanced search.
The search feature can help filter talent by keyword search on the standard Wavely plan, Using the Wavely Pro plan you gain access to our advanced search that allows you to gain a more comprehensive search result.
Section 3 Wavely talent filters.
Wavely’s find talent filters can help filter down talent dependent on these categories:
Years of experience: Filtering by years of experience will let you filter by the total number of years of experience that someone would have.
Education: This filter allows someone to be filtered by degree requirements or certificates that might be required.
Wavely Premium Filters: These filters are available for employers who upgrade from the standard plan to the Pro Plan.
Active on Wavely: This premium filter allows employers who are on the Pro Plan to filter talent by who is active on Wavely. Filtering by if the talent was active on the Wavely platform within the past 24 hours to the past month.
Location: This filter will allow employers to filter talent by geographic location to find talent for a specific job site that requires on-site work or just to see relevant talent in the area where the job is posted.
Expected Annual Salary: Filtering by expected salary allows employers that have salary limits and or budget constraints to filter talent that have a similar expected salary range and expected job.
