Accounts that are suspended will notify users at the main dashboard of the user profile. In the center of the profile a banner will appear notifying the user that the account is suspended and cannot be used to post active jobs until the user is un-suspended.
To ensure that your account is active and working properly:
- Verify your work email during sign-up. If you are having issues with verifying your account please visit: (section about verifying email).
- Make sure user profile is competed with required information (Name, Company name, Company email ).
- Post at least one job into your account that you are currently looking to fill.
- If you are unable to access your account and cannot post a job, please reach out to Wavely support at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
